Soft Keto Pretzels

These soft and chewy keto pretzels are a dream come true for anyone following a low-carb lifestyle. With only 1.6 g net carbs per pretzel, they’re the perfect guilt-free snack!


Ingredients
  • 1½ cups shredded cheese
    (mozzarella or Tex-Mex blend)

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

  • 1 egg, room temperature

  • ¾ cup almond flour

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • Coarse sea salt or pink salt, for topping


Instructions
  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 356°F (180°C).

  2. Melt the Cheeses
    Add the shredded cheese and cream cheese to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 to 1½ minutes, then stir until fully melted and combined.

  3. Form the Dough
    Stir in the room-temperature egg. Add the almond flour and baking powder, mixing until a dough forms.

  4. Shape the Pretzels
    Divide the dough into portions. Roll each portion into a long rope on a cutting board, then twist into a classic pretzel shape.

  5. Add Topping
    Place the pretzels onto a baking pan lined with a silicone mat. Sprinkle generously with coarse salt.

  6. Bake
    Bake for 15–17 minutes, or until golden brown.
