Low Carb Triple Chocolate Protein Muffins

Indulge in these rich, fudgy muffins that are just as healthy as they are delicious! Made without nuts, seeds, flour, or dairy, they’re a great option for a wide range of lifestyles.


Ingredients
  • 3 eggs

  • ½ cup cocoa powder

  • ¼ cup coconut sugar (or preferred sweetener)

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Optional: chocolate chips for topping


Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.

  2. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl until well combined.

  3. Add the cocoa powder, sweetener, protein powder, and baking soda.

  4. Mix until the batter is smooth and evenly blended.

  5. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.

  6. Top with chocolate chips, if using.

  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
