7 cups mozzarella cheese
(plus 1 additional cup for topping)7 eggs
2 tablespoons Pizza & Pasta Magic seasoning
Low-carb pizza sauce

(pepperoni, sausage crumbles, etc.)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).Mix the Crust
In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, eggs, and Pizza & Pasta Magic seasoning. Use a hand mixer to blend until fully combined and smooth.Form the Crust
Spread the mixture evenly onto a greased baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust.Bake the Crust
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and firm.Add Toppings
Remove from the oven and spread with low-carb pizza sauce. Add your desired toppings and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.Final Bake
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
