    New to keto & this author
    I’m brand spanking new to keto but so far the recipes I’ve tried from this cookbook satisfy my appetite without making me feel like I’m missing out. On the contrary, I wish I’d have found these sooner. So delish. In the pictures I’ve got the portobello margherita pizza and the stuffed pork chops. The best part by far hasn’t been the food, it’s the way the facts have been laid out. I tend to get a sort of ADD when I have to do too much technical style reading, and obviously knowing the dos and don’ts of your new way of eating is kind of important. I found myself on page 46 before I looked up and realized I’d managed to pay close attention to her style of explanation over how keto works. Her story is very relatable and I immediately went into this (after reading) with a forgiving attitude toward the learning curve so that I don’t want to chalk it up to failure and say nevermind. Because of her story, I KNOW I’ve got this. The mental paradigm is most important, so I’m very impressed with this author and book as well as the listed resources and recommendations she provides. I’ll be subscribing to her blogs in no time. If she can do it, I can do it. If I can do it, so can anyone.

    Keto made EASY from someone who has and is living it!!!
    BACK OUT OF THE REVIEWS RIGHT NOW AND BUY THIS COOKBOOK!!! And go ahead and just buy her second cookbook while you’re at it because you’re going to want it too! I do not know Suzanne personally, but in my head, we are new besties. 😉 I am new to keto so I was looking for recipe ideas that would work for me (I hate most protein options and I have a husband and 4 kids that I cook for 3 times a day) and I stumbled upon her Instagram feed. From there, I quickly realized that she is legit and very normal! After saving a ton of her recipes over there, I saw that she had a cookbook so I came to Amazon to purchase it. I bought both, they arrived today and my 12 year old immediately fell in love with her book (thanks to easy recipes WITH pictures!!!) so she made us dinner! It.was.goooood!!!!! These cookbooks are so informative, easy to follow and quite honestly, they are beautifully written. Suzanne is did a FANTASTIC job!! I 100% recommend!!

    Helpful in so many ways!
    I gave up on keto bc meal planning was becoming too stressful for me & I became discouraged when the scale didn’t move. BUT, I discovered this book on amazon and can I just say WOW. Here’s a little looksy lou at what to expect if you purchase this book. There is a meal plan for 30 days, as well as recipes to go along with it. A guide to eating out, and an in-depth scientific explanation on how ketosis works. So here’s to jumping back on the keto train!

    The hardest part about eating healthy for me is the damn shopping…
    One thing I’ve always struggled with is eating healthy. I heard about Keto back in 2014 but at the time there wasn’t really much information out there. And the places that seemed reputable you had pay fees for. Now a days you see KETO HERE everywhere and from one end of the spectrum to the other I’ve found that now there is simply TOO MUCH information out there. Companies have jumped on the Keto bandwagon and now you don’t know what it is you can trust. As a result I found myself asking people I know who have done it and had success. What resides do you use? What websites or books do you recommend? Without actually getting very much help. People are quick to share their success but secretive about how they got there. 🤷🏽‍♀️ SO! After months of deliberating on weather or not I’d buy this book (because let’s be real- who doesn’t fear wasting time and money on something) I decided to take the plunge and just get it. To hell with those few negative reviews (and there really are only just a few compared to all the positive)! And I must say…. If you’re new to Keto or a pro this book is a must have staple in your Keto collection/journey. There is just so much information and she does a wonderful job of taking things back to the basics, gently reminding you that this isn’t a fad diet but a life style change that requires commitment, and guiding you. Let me tell you this book is a treasure trove! If you’re like me, a person who gets easily overwhelmed looking online or on Pintrist then trust me. This is all you need to start. Probably the best thing about this book is that she even breaks down the grocery list of must haves for you and the best places to get them (cost and quantity wise). All I can say is – Suzanna girl, you are my hero! The hardest part about eating healthy for me is the damn shopping, haha.

    Prep and cook time
    What can I say it’s all delicious I have really enjoyed this book , did the meal plan and really enjoyed the recipes . So easy to prepare, I am a chef, I love cooking for everybody else but never have the time always to tired to cook much for myself. But these recipes are so easy , I make 3 days worth of food in under 2hrs. I also love how she makes use of leftovers which works for me because I am single, so I cut the recipes in 1/2 as needed.     Favorite Keto Recipe book in my Keto Collection!
    Absolutely love Suzanne Ryan’s Simply Keto for anyone starting their Keto journey or a Keto Pro looking for some new recipes. I have been doing Keto for almost a year and was getting bored with recipes, I purchased this book in hopes I would find some new recipes and I have to say this is one of my favorite recipe books now hands down! I think it’s awesome how she explains Keto, and what you need to be successful and what to do when you’re having issues. The recipes are satisfying and not to mention delicious.

    EASY COOKBOOK Especially for a Keto beginner!!!
    Love love love this book. Best one I’ve come across so far. Every recipe is so easy to follow and that says a lot because I never step foot in the kitchen.. until I started Keto. This book gave me motivation to stick with it. This book has made cooking fun!! AND EASY! The book itself very informative, organized and my all time go to for recipes. The back is probably my favorite. It breaks down every topic. Breakfast, all recipes with page numbers for breakfast only (with pictures before you have to flip anywhere!) same with lunch and dinner. SO EASY TO NAVIGATE. And if there is a sauce or a side for a recipe that’s needed and it’s not under the main ingredients, she gives the page number on where to find it so it’s easy to flip to and from so you can go back to cooking. Also! Not a lot of chatter in the beginning either. A quick blurb about herself and beautiful family and that’s it. LOVE that she’s straight to the point. It’s a cookbook. Give me recipes. And that’s what she’s done. Fabulous. Wonderful. My kitchen Bible. So many delicious recipes. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME STICK TO KETO ***

    Best thing to happen to your (keto) kitchen
    This is the ultimate cookbook; added bonus is that it’s a Keto cookbook! The author makes the book personal with her own journey in the beginning of the book, which is no doubt an inspiration to those who have struggled with weight loss. Every recipe has a bright bold beautiful picture and for me, that’s a necessity. I would be shocked to find someone who purchased this book and wasn’t immediately inspired. I have personally done keto in the past and was very successful, but scouring the internet or pinterest or instagram hashtags to try to find recipes, was SUCH a hassle and far too time consuming, i eventually couldn’t take it anymore and slipped back into the normal Americam diet. This book takes much of the tedious searching out of this sometimes challenging diet/lifestyle. Every recipe has the nutritional information per serving which is amazing. She even offers a 30 day meal plan with all of her recipes. She wants you to succeed! I am very excited to have 100 keto recipes at my fingerprints.

    Amazing! Buy it!!
    We just bought this book last week and made our first meal tonight (day 1 of the meal plan) picture is of the twice baked cauliflower— it’s seriously amazing!! The book is easy to follow, interesting, bright and cheerful. There are pictures of every recipe as well as pictures on just about every page. She explains what everything is, and makes several product recommendations along the way. Recipes are practical, easy and so far— delicious!! Can’t recommend this book enough.

    A must have for Keto family!!
    I cannot write how much I LOVE this BOOK!! I’m a very skeptical person and I’m one that reads and researches everything before I either try it or buy it. I was nervous when I ordered this book…but I’m soooo glad I did!!! The recipes are not only yummy but they are super easy to make!! And, I was nervous about trying to buy weird ingredients that my grocery store doesn’t offer but I was wrong! Everything is easy to find and at my local Walmart!!! And…it’s common stuff that everyone uses! I love that this book not only offers recipes, but how to order fast food and gives suggestions at many places, including coffee places!! Like Dunkin! There is so much knowledge in this book, I haven’t even read it all!! The pictures, the recipes, how it’s separated from side dishes, to breakfast, to desserts, to beef, to chicken, etc. makes it easy to find certain recipes. See my pictures to see just some of the dishes we have made and enjoyed. I keep forgetting to take pictures but we’ve made and eaten more than shown. Great buy, a must have for Keto dieters!!!

    If you are thinking about starting Keto, this is your book.
    I wanted a lifestyle change and wanted to lose weight after my baby. This book is it. Keto was confusing for me at first but she makes it so simple and easy to follow. She breaks things down with great illustrations and descriptions. She also has a blog with other helpful information. The food is so good and the recipes are quick and easy to follow. I have lost a total of 20lbs by switching to Keto. My energy levels are great and I feel so much better. Try this book for two weeks.. you won’t be disappointed

    Easy to follow. All recipes are super yummy!
    I’m usually skeptical about buying cookbooks because I only end up liking maybe 50% of the recipes. This book though… there is not one recipe that has me just flipping the page. I love how each recipe has a picture and even being keto a completed dish tastes so good! I highly recommend this book even for beginner keto dieters! So much to this book there’s nothing not to like.

    Absolutely love how simple and easy to read this book is. I finished the book in ONE day! Definitely, a recommended read for beginners like myself. I have been intrigued by the KETO lifestyle and wanted an informative approach to KETO and this book gave me exactly that. I will say that all this information in the book can easily be found on the internet for FREE but in my case, I love to have something tangible! She also gives a lot of insight on her approach and her opinions which is nice because it becomes relatable to many.

    Simply Reviewed
    I started KETO on Monday and have done lots of research into it. My daughter has a seizure disorder and this lifestyle is one that we will more than likely make her (and my) norm. I wanted to get ahead and learn as many recipes as possible… for when she’s old enough. ANYWAYS, I have had several keto books and always was discouraged with how expensive and EXTENSIVE the ingredients lists were on EVERY ITEM. A $70 salad? No thanks! 😅 So imagine my relief when I got this book. It’s beautifully written, sturdy… and the recipes… DELICIOUS! Most importantly to me, the recipes are simple, the ingredients list is doable… and the price list worth it. THANK YOU. Just ordered her newest cookbook and excited to try some recipes in there as well. Highly recommend for anyone getting into keto who doesn’t want a complicated ingredients list… and actually have money left over to spare 🥴

    Absolutely love this cookbook!
    I love how organized and well stated everything is in this book. I love how Suzanne incorporates different ideas to the recipes to modify it. It keeps your mind open and creative to new Keto cooking options! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I figured it would have WAY more recipes than it does. Other than that, every single recipe I’ve made has tasted and turned out beautifully! I highly recommend!

    So much more than a cookbook!
    I don’t buy cookbooks…. with so many free recipes online, it’s definitely not a requirement. But THIS book is so much more and I’m so glad I bought it. Everything you need to know about the keto way-of-eating is in here, without being overwhelming. Suzanne is such a beautiful and genuine person and it shines through this gorgeous book. A perfect balance of honesty, science and realistic lifestyle change suggestions – this book is a great tool to have. Highly recommend!

    AMAZING Resource for Keto Newbie!!!
    I LOVE this book! Today was my 1st day starting the Keto way of life. This book is a MUST have for anyone who was a LOST as I was. There’s so much information out there that it was overwhelming for me and I didn’t know WHERE to start. Her book is very detailed, has tons of amazing recipes, helpful tips, chocked FULL of ORGANIZED LISTS and helpful charts that made a clearer path for me to just START the diet. Suzanne even has a 30 meal plan in the back with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner recipes. Love the way she arranged it, because it accounts for how working mothers actually cook and utilize LEFTOVERS. What diet plan have you seen that has leftovers worked into subsequent meals so you don’t waste a lot of food. You guys all know much of this stuff for Keto is NOT CHEAP. I can’t wait to try all the recipes! I started the day off with her Keto Pancakes and Coffee. They were really good. Had to add extra Xrythritol though (Hey I just started, so sue me; I had to atleast TASTE the sweetness, lol). Oh, and I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS PRODUCT FOR FREE TO DO A REVIEW. I paid for this puppy with my own money and it was very well spent!

    Makes it super easy!
    This is a good book that makes keto easy… Easy shop, easy to cook, and easy ideas to augment. It’s also great how she shares other online resources too. I have been on Keto for four months but wanted a recipe book with pictures to work from. Really happy with the quality, writing, topics, layouts. The picture index in the back is helpful (see my picture of it). Most ingredients are easily kept on hand so I look at the index then know what is for dinner!

    This is a really great introduction to the ketogenic lifestyle. Ryan’s personal story is compelling and her explanation of keto is clear and simply laid out. She makes the reader believe, and rightly so, that keto is doable. I’ve read so many books on keto that seem intent on making it much more complex than it really needs to be. In contrast, I found Ryan’s “practical approach” to be readily usable while at the same time being very thorough. In addition to the what and why’s, Ryan’s recipes are mostly very easy and mostly wonderful. The 60-Second Mug Biscuits, for just one, are really easy to make and offer a nice change in taste and texture from my usual egg-based breakfasts. The Slow Cooker Loaded Cauliflower Soup is delicious! The Lime Brussels Chips – roasted, lime-flavored Brussels sprouts leaves – are an easy snack and delicious alternative to the ubiquitous kale chips. Next up for me is the Quick and Easy Personal Pizza because that mozzarella crust is not to be ignored. Some of the recipes are so easy that they may seem like filler to some – the roasted Brussels sprouts, the zucchini noddles, things like that – but they are ones that will be appreciated by keto beginners, especially those who do not have a ton of cooking experience. The Kindle version of this book is one of the most well thought out cookbooks on Kindle that I have (among many!) and there are pictures of pretty much every recipe. Bottom line: this book has gotten more use than any of the other keto books I have. Very informative and very nicely done.

    Excellent True Keto Recipes
    Absolutely love this cookbook. So far I have tried the mint cold brew coffee, chia seed pudding, chocolate chip cookies, mozzarella sticks, and mug biscuits. The first five recipes I tried were easy to make, and delicious. My husband rated them 5 stars each. I can’t wait to try more. The recipes are very low carb, unlike other keto cookbooks out there. The book is beautiful, macros are clearly listed on each page, and the authors story is inspiring. I definitely recommend!

    Amazing for beginners
    I looked in the mirror on my birthday and said enough is enough. I rushed to Amazon and hunted through dozens of Keto books. I cross referenced what I could and could not eat on this diet. I even downloaded an app to help me stay on track. This book was fast to arrive and I’ve cooked three of the meals in it so far. DELICIOUS! I needed a little more cook time on the burger meat and my dad is happily assisting with slightly alternative instructions now that I’m cooking my own dinners instead of relying on fast food, but overall, most of the recipes are on par and show you clearly what you need. Beginners, ask for a little more help. Intermediates, you know what you’re doing. Have fun eating great and losing weight!

    A nice surprise!
    Really enjoying this book and Suzanne’s message is inspiring. The book is simply beautiful and feels like a treat in and of itself. I have now purchased four different Keto cookbooks and this is the one I come back to the most often. The recipes are easy, yet an improvement over my basic Keto go-to meals. I find that many of the other books I’ve purchased have recipes that require more unique ingredients that I don’t have on hand and can’t always find at our regular grocery store. Simply Keto really helps make Keto simple. I’ve marked many places in it that I keep going back to. This is a great resource!

    A great resource for my life-long health journey!
    What do I love about this book? There are too many things to say! The encouragement, the example she sets, the suggestions and tips, and the resources! One of my favorite pages is the easy to read Allergens Index! Another is an easy mug recipe for biscuits, and even gravy–I can get my husband on board with that! And that biscuit recipe is so versatile–OMG, I can have Eggs Benedict again! I need to live a Keto lifestyle because of my health issues (primary Lymphedema and Lipedema)–weight loss will be an added benefit. Thank you Suzanne for helping me stay focused on my goals without feeling deprived!
