Low Carb Pizza On A Stick

Easy peasy pizza pops! These cheesy pizza-on-a-stick bites come in at under 5 net carbs per stick and are incredibly easy to make. A fun, low-carb way to enjoy pizza flavors without the guilt.


Ingredients

Base

  • 2 Cut Da Carb flatbreads

Cheese

  • 5–6 string cheese sticks

  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella

Binder

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

Sauce

  • ¼ cup marinara sauce (low-carb preferred)

Optional Toppings

  • Mini pepperoni

  • Grated parmesan

  • Fresh basil


Instructions
  1. Preheat
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).

  2. Cut
    Cut the flatbreads lengthwise into thirds and stack them. Cut the stack into thirds again to form squares. Cut each string cheese stick into thirds.

  3. Roll
    Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one side of a flatbread square. Place a piece of string cheese at the opposite end and roll tightly, using the cream cheese to seal.

  4. Skewer
    Thread each roll onto skewers.

  5. Top
    Lightly brush the rolls with marinara sauce. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and add mini pepperoni if using.

  6. Bake
    Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Finish & Serve
    Garnish with grated parmesan and fresh basil. Best served warm with extra marinara for dipping.
