Low-Carb Microwave Pizza Bomb

Ingredients
  • 1 sheet Cut Da Carb flatbread

  • Low-carb marinara sauce

  • Pepperoni slices

  • Cheese slices (Provolone or Mozzarella work best)

  • Italian seasoning

  • Grated Parmesan cheese

  • Red pepper flakes

Optional Toppings

  • Ranch dressing

  • Fresh parsley


Instructions
  1. Prepare the Bread
    Cut the flatbread in half lengthwise to create two long strips.

  2. Layer the Flavors
    Top each strip with marinara sauce, pepperoni, cheese slices, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Stack & Roll
    Stack the two strips on top of each other and roll them up tightly.

  4. Mug It Up
    Place the roll into a large, greased, microwave-safe mug.

  5. Add Extra Cheese
    Sprinkle a little more Parmesan cheese on top.

  6. Microwave
    Cook for approximately 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Serve
    Carefully remove the pizza bomb from the mug and place it on a plate. Top with ranch dressing, additional Parmesan, and fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy!
