Ingredients
- Muffin tin
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Shredded cheeses of your choice
- Pickle slices (paper-towel dried to remove moisture)
- Spicy Dan-O’s Original Seasoning (low sodium)
- Dipping sauce of your choice (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the Muffin Tin: Lightly spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- Create the Base: Add a light coat of shredded cheese into each muffin cup to form a base layer.
- Add Pickles: Place one dried pickle slice on top of the cheese in each cup.
- Season: Sprinkle a bit of Spicy Dan-O’s Seasoning over each pickle slice.
