Low Carb Fried Pickles

Crispy, golden, and completely keto-friendly, these Low Carb Fried Pickles are the ultimate snack! They are incredibly easy to make with just a few simple ingredients and satisfy that salty craving without the extra carbs.


Ingredients

  • Muffin tin
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Shredded cheeses of your choice
  • Pickle slices (paper-towel dried to remove moisture)
  • Spicy Dan-O’s Original Seasoning (low sodium)
  • Dipping sauce of your choice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Muffin Tin: Lightly spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Create the Base: Add a light coat of shredded cheese into each muffin cup to form a base layer.
  3. Add Pickles: Place one dried pickle slice on top of the cheese in each cup.
  4. Season: Sprinkle a bit of Spicy Dan-O’s Seasoning over each pickle slice.
  5. Add Final Layer: Top each pickle with another light layer of shredded cheese.
  6. Bake: Pop the muffin tin into the oven and bake at 425°F for about 20 minutes.
  7. Serve: Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve as is or with your favorite low-carb dipping sauce!
