Low-Calorie Protein Garlic Flatbread Recipe

This quick and easy flatbread is perfect for boosting your protein intake while keeping calories low! Ingredients:

  • 60 g Self Raising Flour

  • 70 g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt

  • Pinch of Baking Powder

  • Garlic Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic (or fresh garlic)

  • Cooking Oil Spray

  • Parsley Flakes (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, add the self-raising flour, low-fat Greek yoghurt, baking powder, garlic salt, and 1/2 tsp of minced garlic.

  2. Mix & Knead: Mix everything together until it forms a dough.

  3. Divide the Dough: Split the dough into two even portions.

  4. Roll Out: Shape each portion into a ball, then flatten each one with a rolling pin.

  5. Cook: Spray a pan lightly with cooking oil and heat on high. Place one flatbread in the pan.

  6. Season & Cook: Sprinkle parsley flakes on top and cook for 1–2 minutes per side.

  7. Serve: Remove from the pan and enjoy!
