Ingredients:
60 g Self Raising Flour
70 g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
Pinch of Baking Powder
Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Minced Garlic (or fresh garlic)
Cooking Oil Spray
Parsley Flakes (for topping)
Instructions:
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, add the self-raising flour, low-fat Greek yoghurt, baking powder, garlic salt, and 1/2 tsp of minced garlic.
Mix & Knead: Mix everything together until it forms a dough.
Divide the Dough: Split the dough into two even portions.
Roll Out: Shape each portion into a ball, then flatten each one with a rolling pin.
Cook: Spray a pan lightly with cooking oil and heat on high. Place one flatbread in the pan.
