Low Calorie & Low Carb Cinnamon Roll

Ingredients

Filling

  • Greek yogurt

  • Sugar-free pudding mix

  • Stevia drops

Base

  • 1 sheet Cut Da Carb flatbread

Toppings

  • Ground cinnamon

  • Butter spray

Glaze

  • Equal parts vanilla protein powder

  • Vanilla almond milk creamer


Instructions
  1. Prepare the Filling
    In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, sugar-free pudding mix, and Stevia until smooth.

  2. Spread
    Spread the filling evenly over the flatbread and sprinkle generously with ground cinnamon.

  3. Roll
    Roll the flatbread tightly. Apply a thin layer of filling to the outside of the roll, then roll again to create a thick “bun” shape.

  4. Bake
    Place the roll in a baking dish. Lightly spray with butter spray and sprinkle with additional cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.

  5. Glaze
    Whisk the vanilla protein powder with vanilla almond milk creamer until smooth. Drizzle over the warm cinnamon roll.
