100 ml liquid sweetener
Dry Ingredients
130 g self-raising flour
30 g cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
20 g chocolate chips
Icing Ingredients
250 g 0% fat Greek yogurt
15 g chocolate whey protein
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sweetener
Toppings
Fresh strawberries
Extra chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and liquid sweetener until well combined.Add the Dry Ingredients
Sift the self-raising flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into the wet mixture.Fold in Chocolate Chips
Mix until smooth, then gently fold in the chocolate chips.Bake
Pour the batter into a lined baking tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.Prepare the Icing
While the cake cools, mix the Greek yogurt, chocolate whey protein, cocoa powder, and sweetener until creamy and smooth.Frost & Garnish
