Keto Peanut Butter Cups

These easy 4-ingredient Keto Peanut Butter Cups take less than 10 minutes to prepare! They’re a delicious, low-carb alternative to the classic candy and perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without added sugar.


Ingredients
  • 180 g no-sugar milk chocolate

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 120 g peanut butter

  • 30 g (or more, to taste) icing sugar replacement
    (monkfruit recommended)


Instructions
  1. Prepare the Pan
    Line a muffin pan with 6 paper liners.

  2. Make the Filling
    In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and icing sugar replacement until smooth and creamy.

  3. Melt the Chocolate
    Melt the no-sugar chocolate together with the coconut oil until fully smooth.

  4. Create the Base
    Spoon a portion of the melted chocolate into each paper liner, spreading it evenly to form the bottom layer.

  5. Add the Filling
    Place a dollop of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate base in each liner.

  6. Seal the Cups
    Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, fully covering it.

  7. Set
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until completely set.
