Instructions
Prepare the Egg Loaf
In a bowl, combine the eggs, softened cream cheese, and softened butter.Blend
Use an immersion blender to blend until the mixture is completely smooth.Bake
Pour the mixture into a casserole dish or loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes, or until golden and set.Slice & Coat
