Instructions
Sauté the Protein
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and diced onions. Season with garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is partially done.Add the Veggies
Stir in the bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives. Continue sautéing until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is fully cooked.Add the Sauce
Mix in a squeeze of tomato paste and a generous amount of marinara sauce. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until well combined.Assemble
Spoon the pizza mixture into oven-safe bowls.Top & Bake
Add a thick layer of shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices. Bake (or air fry) at 400°F (205°C) until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.Garnish & Serve
