Keto “Faux” Nestle Crunch

Satisfy your chocolate cravings with this incredibly easy 3-ingredient keto Faux Nestlé Crunch! These bite-sized treats are crispy, rich, and completely sugar-free—making them the perfect low-carb snack or dessert.


Ingredients
  • 1 cup Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips

  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil

  • ½ cup Sola low-carb granola
    (double chocolate flavor used in the video)


Instructions
  1. Melt the Chocolate
    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar-free chocolate chips and MCT or coconut oil.

  2. Heat
    Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

  3. Add the Crunch
    Stir in the low-carb granola until evenly coated.

  4. Mold
    Spoon the mixture into silicone molds.

  5. Set
    Freeze for approximately 10 minutes, or until fully solid.

  6. Enjoy
    Remove from the molds and enjoy your guilt-free chocolate crunch!
