16 oz cottage cheese
125 g Greek yogurt
2 eggs
4 tablespoons zero-calorie powdered sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
45 g vanilla whey protein powder
75 g frozen blueberries

Blend
Add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, powdered sweetener, and protein powder to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.Prepare the Pan
Line a baking dish with crumpled parchment paper to make removal easier.Assemble
