Ingredients
  • Italian sausage

  • Yellow onion, diced

  • Salt and pepper

  • Low-carb friendly marinara sauce

  • Water

  • Ricotta cheese

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Red pepper flakes (for topping)


Instructions
