Twix Cookie Cups

If you love Twix bars, you’ll love this healthy, no-bake version! These cookie cups are made with just five simple ingredients and contain no grains, gluten, or refined sugar.

Ingredients
  • Almond flour

  • Nut butter (like peanut or almond butter)

  • Caramel (refined sugar-free)

  • Melted chocolate

  • Sea salt (optional topping)

Instructions
  1. Mix the almond flour and nut butter in a bowl until a dough forms.

  2. Press the dough into a muffin tin, creating a small “cup” shape.

  3. Fill each cup with a spoonful of refined sugar-free caramel.

  4. Top each cup with melted chocolate.

  5. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.

  6. Freeze or refrigerate until set—no baking required!
