The Best Low Carb Pizza

Looking for a delicious, keto-friendly pizza that actually tastes like the real deal? This low-carb crust is so good, even kids won’t believe it’s not traditional dough. Simple, cheesy, and incredibly satisfying!


Ingredients
  • 7 cups mozzarella cheese
    (plus 1 additional cup for topping)

  • 7 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons Pizza & Pasta Magic seasoning

  • Low-carb pizza sauce
    (Rao’s recommended)

  • Toppings of choice
    (pepperoni, sausage crumbles, etc.)


Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

  2. Mix the Crust
    In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, eggs, and Pizza & Pasta Magic seasoning. Use a hand mixer to blend until fully combined and smooth.

  3. Form the Crust
    Spread the mixture evenly onto a greased baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust.

  4. Bake the Crust
    Bake for 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and firm.

  5. Add Toppings
    Remove from the oven and spread with low-carb pizza sauce. Add your desired toppings and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

  6. Final Bake
    Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
