3-Ingredient Keto Fried Pickles

A crispy, savory, low-carb twist on classic fried pickles. All the flavor, none of the guilt—perfect for snacking or party trays!


Ingredients
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

  • 1 cup pickle slices (patted dry)

  • Favorite seasonings
    (ranch seasoning, Everything Bagel seasoning, or garlic powder work well)


Instructions
  1. Prepare the Muffin Tin
    Spray a muffin tin generously with cooking spray.

  2. Layer the Cheese
    Add a small layer of shredded cheese to the bottom of each muffin cup.

  3. Add the Pickles
    Place one or two pickle slices on top of the cheese layer in each cup.

  4. Top & Season
    Add another layer of shredded cheese over the pickles. Sprinkle generously with your favorite seasonings.

  5. Bake
    Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (205°C) for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and crispy.

  6. Cool & Remove
    Let the fried pickles cool slightly, then carefully remove them from the muffin tin using a knife or fork.

  7. Serve
    Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or a spiced mayonnaise.
