90-Second Keto Bread Recipe

A quick and easy, low-carb bread recipe perfect for breakfast sandwiches or toast! Ready in less than two minutes.

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter

  • 1 egg

  • 3 Tbsp almond flour

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Instructions
  1. Combine: Mix the melted butter, egg, almond flour, and baking powder together in a small bowl until well combined.

  2. Microwave: Pour the batter into your favorite mug (make sure it’s microwave-safe).

  3. Cook: Microwave the mixture for 90 seconds.

  4. Remove & Slice: Carefully remove the bread from the mug. You can slice it in half horizontally to create two pieces.

  5. Toast (Optional): Toast the bread on a griddle or in a toaster oven until both sides are golden brown.
