Keto Turkey Bacon Rolls

These easy, keto-friendly roll-ups use baked mozzarella cheese as a tortilla-style wrap and are filled with turkey, bacon, and avocado. They’re low-carb, high-fat, and perfect for a quick snack or light lunch.


Ingredients
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese (pre-sliced, for baking)

  • 6 slices deli turkey breast

  • 3 slices bacon (cooked and cut in half)

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • Ranch dressing (optional, for dipping)


Instructions
  1. Prepare the Cheese Base
    Lay the mozzarella slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. Bake
    Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes, until the cheese melts and spreads into thin, slightly golden, tortilla-like rounds.

  3. Prepare the Fillings
    While the cheese is baking, prepare the turkey slices, cooked bacon halves, and sliced avocado.

  4. Assemble
    Once the cheese rounds are cool enough to handle but still flexible, place one slice of turkey, one half-slice of bacon, and a few avocado slices onto each cheese round.

  5. Roll
    Carefully roll each cheese wrap tightly from one end to the other.

  6. Serve
    Serve immediately, with ranch dressing on the side if desired.
