Easy 2-Ingredient Air Fryer Bagels

Quick and delicious homemade bagels made with just Greek yogurt and self-raising flour. Perfect for a fast breakfast or snack, air-fried until golden brown.


Ingredients

For the Bagels (2 servings):

  • 130 g plain self-raising flour

  • 130 g Greek yogurt (or enough to combine fully with the flour)

For the Egg Wash:

  • 1 small egg

  • 1 teaspoon milk

Topping:

  • Everything Bagel Seasoning (or topping of your choice)


Instructions
  1. Prepare the Dough
    In a bowl, combine the self-raising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until the dough begins to come together.

  2. Knead the Dough
    Transfer the mixture to your hands and knead gently until a smooth, cohesive dough ball forms.

  3. Shape the Bagels
    Divide the dough into two equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then push a hole through the center to form a bagel shape. Make the hole slightly larger than desired, as the bagels will expand during cooking.

  4. Add the Topping
    Whisk together the egg and milk. Brush the egg wash evenly over each bagel, then sprinkle generously with Everything Bagel Seasoning.

  5. Air Fry
    Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 13–15 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown.

  6. Serve
    Allow the bagels to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with butter, cream cheese, or your favorite spread.
