7-Layer Low Carb Taco Dip

A delicious, simple, and satisfying appetizer or light meal—perfect for a low-carb or keto lifestyle. This dip layers seasoned ground beef, a creamy cheese base, and fresh taco toppings. Serve with pork rinds or low-carb chips for the ultimate snack!


Ingredients
Meat Layer
  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained

  • 1½ tablespoons low-carb taco seasoning
    (Flavor God “Taco Tuesday” used in the video)

  • ⅓ cup water

Cream Cheese Layer
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tablespoon low-carb taco seasoning

Toppings (Layers 4–7)
  • Low-carb salsa

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Shredded cheese

  • Chopped tomatoes

  • Chopped red onions

For Dipping
  • Pork rinds or zero-carb chips


Instructions
  1. Prepare the Meat
    Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat. Add 1½ tablespoons of low-carb taco seasoning and ⅓ cup water. Stir well and cook until the seasoning is fully absorbed.

  2. Create the Base Layer
    Press the seasoned ground beef evenly into the bottom of a serving dish or pan.

  3. Make the Cream Layer
    In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, and 1 tablespoon of low-carb taco seasoning until smooth and creamy.

  4. Assemble the Dip
    Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the beef layer.

  5. Add the Toppings
    Layer the salsa, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, and chopped red onions on top.

  6. Serve
    Serve chilled with pork rinds or low-carb chips for dipping.
