Ingredients
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 cup pickle slices (patted dry)
Favorite seasonings
(ranch seasoning, Everything Bagel seasoning, or garlic powder work well)
Instructions
Prepare the Muffin Tin
Spray a muffin tin generously with cooking spray.Layer the Cheese
Add a small layer of shredded cheese to the bottom of each muffin cup.Add the Pickles
Place one or two pickle slices on top of the cheese layer in each cup.Top & Season
Add another layer of shredded cheese over the pickles. Sprinkle generously with your favorite seasonings.Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (205°C) for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and crispy.Cool & Remove
Let the fried pickles cool slightly, then carefully remove them from the muffin tin using a knife or fork.Serve
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or a spiced mayonnaise.
